BBY offers two simple options to customize your processing fee. This article provides an overview of these options, including examples of how the fees would apply to a $100 transaction
On You:
A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be passed to you and be taken out after the transaction. Clients pay only the service amount. For example, if you charge $100 for a service, a $3.20 processing fee ($2.90 + $0.30) will be taken out, and you will receive $96.80 from the transaction.
On Your Clients:
A processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30 is added to the client's total payment. You receive the full service amount. For example, if your service costs $100, the processing fee ($3.50 + $0.30 = $3.80) is added to the client's total, making their payment $103.80. BBY collects the $3.80 processing fee, and you receive the full $100.
